Salalah Future City

Salalah Future City is a large-scale, mixed-use waterfront development extending over 6 km along the Arabian Sea, forming a natural coastal extension of Salalah. The project integrates residential neighborhoods, hotels and resorts, commercial spaces, education and healthcare facilities, as well as leisure and cultural attractions within a modern, sustainable master plan designed to enhance quality of life. A key feature of the development is the preservation and integration of natural khors (tidal inlets) as ecological and tourism assets, alongside climate-responsive urban design that incorporates shaded walkways, green spaces, and year-round outdoor livability. The project also benefits from Salalah’s unique climate, positioning it as a year-round tourism and lifestyle destination.
