Transformer Insulation Processing Components Manufacturing Facility

Establishing a manufacturing facility specialized in transformer insulation processing components to support the localization of transformer manufacturing in Oman. The project aims to produce high-value insulation components currently imported from international markets, despite the presence of 4–5 transformer manufacturers operating in the Sultanate and GCC region. The opportunity supports supply chain localization, reduces import dependency, enhances in-country value creation, and strengthens Oman’s position as a regional manufacturing hub for electrical equipment and transformer components. The project also benefits from pre-purchase/offtake agreements with local transformer manufacturers, ensuring stable demand and reducing investment risk.
